Yoga i Bawb work with organisations who are interested in making yoga available as a method of support and self care to their client group. In the hands of a well qualified teacher yoga can be modified to fit differing abilities. Yoga i bawb has worked with people with mental health problems, carers, the elderly, pregnant women and people who have experienced domestic abuse, we are currently developing projects with people recovering from addiction. Projects may include setting up classes at a time and place to suit a particular group or facilitating people to attend our existing classes.
In some instances Yoga i Bawb is able to raise money to offer classes to different groups. Sometimes the organisation we work with is able to fund the courses, or some combination of both. If you are interested in working with Yoga i Bawb to offer yoga to the people you work with, contact Project Co-ordinator Rachel Lilley, 01970 625024
