Learning to relax takes practice. These tracks will support you by teaching you how torelax and how to let go of tension in each part of the body in turn. Move on to the Yoga Nidra or body scan and visualisation tracks when you feel ready.
The relaxation tracks are available in English and Welsh
There are 3 exercises, with an introduction to the Yoga Nidra exercise:
* Progressive relaxation - relaxing each part of the body in turn
* Yoga Nidra - a body scan which relaxes both body and mind
* Visualisation - a body scan with simple heart visualisation
